Both solutions combine design, durability, and modularity, allowing them to adapt to a wide range of environments such as playgrounds, schoolyards, sports areas, and public spaces. Their ability to reduce temperature, provide sun protection, and enhance climatic comfort makes them an ideal choice for projects aimed at creating effective climate refuges.
Urban Wet Lines (UWL) is a modular walk-through fountain system specifically designed to simplify design, installation and civil works. This system is integrated directly into the pavement, with no visible basin, allowing water to emerge naturally from the ground. It is composed of connectable prefabricated modules that minimize the required civil works and enable fully customized designs for squares, parks, and public spaces. The system operates in a closed loop, without the need for external tanks, recovering and reusing water within its internal channels. It also incorporates lighting and water treatment systems, and is designed to be safe, accessible, and energy-efficient.
By using water as an active design element, the system also acts as a climate refuge, helping to reduce ambient temperature and improve thermal comfort in urban environments.
We design playground equipment focused on encouraging outdoor play, exploration, and a wide range of experiences, understanding play as an essential part of child development.
